1. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
2. Return Eligibility
- Item must be unused and uninstalled
- Item must be in original packaging
- All accessories and documentation must be included
3. Incorrect or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear images of the product and packaging
- We will arrange return pickup at no additional cost
4. Customer-Initiated Returns
If an incorrect part was ordered by the customer:
- Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer
- A 10% restocking fee may apply (if applicable)
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Installed electrical components
- Custom-ordered/imported parts
- Items showing installation marks or physical damage
6. Refund Process
- Refund inspection takes 2–3 business days after receiving the item
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
